Chicken wings dredged in a heavy coating, deep fried to perfection in the hottest of oils… then soaked beyond recognition with your choice of hot sauce or bbq sauce.
That sounds like a mighty fine Saturday night, to me.
The only issue being, I am dedicated to healthier options. Low and behold my fellow foodies, Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings… the secret ingredient, Cauliflower, duh!
