A mother of many. Long hours at work. PTA, Volunteer hours at school, playing with the kids, cooking full course meals nightly… this regimen is not for the weary.

Weary isn’t often something that gets the best of me, but it can be stressful managing it all.

A few simple and cheap ways I keep myself stress free:

  • Put my feet up
  • Deep breaths
  • Always, always, always whip out the nail polish (side note: if I paint my colors a bold color, you know I have something brewing in this brain of mine)
  • Not often, but sometimes, depending on the level of stress, i like a glass of wine or a beer with a bitter, grapefruit essence.
