Forgive me in advance, this is yet another nod to the best darn cookbook I’ve ever owned.
Ive lost 17lbs in the last 6 weeks, cooking out of this cookbook. Not to mention how delicious it is.

These baby ports took a deep dive in a homemade marinade (using coconut aminos) for 8 hours.
The warm airy cloud this is all resting on is creamy, chivey cauliflower mash, and my famous roasted Brussels.
I can’t give you the recipe, because you really need to buy this cookbook.
