Marinated Mushroom Bowls…

Forgive me in advance, this is yet another nod to the best darn cookbook I’ve ever owned.

Ive lost 17lbs in the last 6 weeks, cooking out of this cookbook. Not to mention how delicious it is.

Sunday dinner. Grammy’s. Oh, & my body was calling for a plant based, comfort food type meal. You don’t have to sacrifice your health for darn good food.

These baby ports took a deep dive in a homemade marinade (using coconut aminos) for 8 hours.

The warm airy cloud this is all resting on is creamy, chivey cauliflower mash, and my famous roasted Brussels.

I can’t give you the recipe, because you really need to buy this cookbook.

  1. This cook book really does change your life and the way you look at food. It makes healthy food taste AMAZING…no more dreaded steamed chicken and veggies for the weight loss. I love the golden lentil stew and the curry!
