Sunday morning is a morning we are often pressed for time. My kids are always exceptionally hungry Sunday mornings as well.
I needed to make something filling, something they wanted but I also desperately wanted to balance their desires (syrup and meat) with my desire to feed them something healthy.
I baked some sausage (no mess), little d made hard boiled eggs, and he and I plopped plain yogurt on a huge plate, drizzled the yogurt with honey to add a healthy sweetner, we chopped a heaping amount of strawberries and threw granola on.
Breakfast served. Mama is happy!
